Damien Bouchard is an Anishinabe from Aroland First Nations and grew up in Geraldton, Ontario. Damien is an audio-visual artist who is comfortable with writing, producing, directing, camera operating and editing. His work consists of documentary, drama, romantic comedy, corporate videos, and photography. His most recent employer is Aarrow Productions as a digital media team member for the T.V documentary series Down2Earth on APTN. He worked at NBC Universal as an intern on the T.V. Series “EUREKA” as he went through each department thoroughly. Bouchard is also interning for international renowned director Velcrow Ripper on his latest project “Evolve Love, love in a time of climate crisis.”

His personal work completed is a documentary entitled Rapsure Risin as the producer, director, editor. He directed a romantic comedy short entitled Puppy Love, and he has also co-directed and edited a feature length documentary entitled ‘Uka’ut’en about preserving culture through hunting and trapping. He was a segment producer for the show Unsigned at Confederation College T.V Broadcasting which won series special at the Broadcast Educators Association of Canada national awards. (2009)

Damien has also job shadowed in every department of TVOntario from logistics, content/programming. Scheduling, distribution, etc. As well as the intuitive Chief Executive Officer, Lisa de Wilde during his time in Toronto for Project Beyshick (Oneness). Additionally, he was reporter for Trillium 2008, which was the largest mock disaster in Canadian history.
