Matthew Wood also known as DJ Creeasian holds it down in Ed city (Edmonton), known for breakdancing, droppin’ beats, and beat boxing. Although Edmonton is home for Creeasian, he has had many opportunities to travel nationally and internationally and is currently working out east.. Inspired by his dance, Creeasian learned how to DJ back in ’04. Dj’ing for various break dance battles, clubs, and events, Creeasian is the champion of both Redbull THRe3Style DJ battle and the Rockstar Energy drink DJ battle 2011.

Inspired by breakdance crews like ‘The Magoo Crew ‘and ‘Red Power Squad’ Creeasian began his bboy journey back in 2000. He was dedicated to improve his skills and eventually started performing with crews and dancing in breakdance battles.

Forever a student, Creeasian strongly believes in empowerment through music and dance. He is always learning and loves sharing his knowledge and skills with others. If he’s not DJ’ing, performing, or at a break dance battle, he’s teaching workshops, working with youth, and giving back to the community.

Creeasian currently just finished a tour in the artic with ‘Blueprintforlife’ sharing his Dj and bboy knowledge with youth and elders doing social work through hip hop.
